About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building the company brand by delivering excellent customer service. This position focuses on merchandising responsibilities but may also include sales, front‑end, and other duties as needed. Internally referred to as a Merchandiser, the role reports to the store management team.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize product inventory: process freight, organize and distribute inventory, pull and stock merchandise, build displays and end caps, and place signage.
- Support digital business operations: fulfill orders and assist with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries when assigned.
- Deliver exceptional service: greet customers, build relationships, and inform them about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws (if delivery is an essential function).
- For seasonal postings: positions are short‑term (no longer than six months) with the option to apply for non‑seasonal roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
Must be 21years of age or older; walk, bend, and stand for 8–10hours a day; safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets; climb ladders and lift 50lbs overhead repeatedly; may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Pay Range: $13.78 – $19.29 per hour.
