Position Details

  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Hiring Range: $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience
  • Schedule: Late afternoon Monday–Friday;
    Saturday shift required
  • Hours: Part-Time (minimum 20 hours/week, maximum 28 hours/week)

Customer Service Role

Purpose of Position

Serve as a direct point of contact between the company and customers. Build strong connections with both new and existing customers by supporting their needs through various communication channels in a professional and timely manner.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Deliver friendly, professional and helpful support to all customers and assist in meeting needs or exceeding their expectations.
