Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Stocking, Retail Support, Retail & Store Manager
Store – ATL-ALPHARETTA, GA
OverviewMaintain a high standard of overall look and feel of the store, including store cleanliness and recovery standards, to deliver the brand promises. Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop the store.
Responsibilities- Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures.
- Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
- Move equipment and products for proper cleaning and place products back in correct placements.
- Clean assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment.
- Deep clean key areas of the store including bathrooms, breakrooms, entryways, and other high‑traffic areas to maintain a clean, safe environment for customers and staff.
- Keep cleaning equipment neat and orderly; notify supervisor of supply needs in advance for replenishment.
- Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
- Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
- Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with team members and customers, even in difficult situations.
- Project a positive image and serve as a role model for other Team Members.
- Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions according to specifications.*
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
- Engage customers on benefits of Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Assist with omni‑channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship from Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute company policies and standards.
- Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Ability to move throughout the store.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching and stretching.
- Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
- For assistance performing essential functions, contact supervisor to engage in an interactive process to determine if a reasonable accommodation is available.
- Public retail store setting; all public areas climate controlled; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work may be assigned (e.g., retrieving shopping carts, unloading trucks).
- Use of standard commercial cleaners and chemicals.
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
- May work with equipment such as glass cutter and heat press in a frame shop.
