As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality execution. You provide hands‑on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand and execution standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations. • Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence while supporting Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner, delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz’s standards and expectations.
• Execute daily coverage by completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, capturing display photos, and documenting execution through DMI & Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays, ensuring compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands.
• Follow assigned schedules, executing daily priorities set by your District Manager or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions, supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high‑visibility promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration.
• Support capability building by reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop for future leadership by building operational, communication, and problem‑solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for advancement into management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant by embracing the physical nature of the role—lifting, bending, and moving product—while following all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company vehicle policies.

• Coverage and Execution Excellence:
  Skilled in stepping into Merchandiser and Order Writer roles to maintain consistent shelf standards, product rotation, and display execution across the territory.

  Confident reinforcing foundational skills and supporting the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability.
• Minimum qualifications:
  
  at least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule availability required, including weekends.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.
• Mondelez International offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.…
