About the Role
Tommy Bahama is an island-inspired brand that seeks a passionate Team Leader to represent the season’s stylish trends, inspire staff, and provide world‑class guest service. The role involves store leadership, merchandising, and stock management, ensuring an exciting, lively environment for customers.
Responsibilities- Process store merchandise to the selling floor; replenish floor with inventory and provide product knowledge for guests.
- Partner with the Stock Coordinator to manage daily stock‑room operation, keeping shipping supply levels neat, organized, and accessible for incoming and outbound products.
- Process all inbound and outbound shipments accurately and timely in accordance with Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Actively participate in store‑related meetings, generating reports and communicating inventory related inquiries/discrepancies with stock.
- 2+ years of guest service and stock experience.
- Highly organized and consistently strive for efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with numbers.
- Natural collaborator who identifies opportunities and takes initiative.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.
- Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
- Bending, stooping, and kneeling required—frequently.
- Climbing ladders—frequently.
- Routine standing for the duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
- Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
