Position:
The Keyholder is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales, client experience, and safeguarding store assets. A day in the life includes understanding the Lilly Pulitzer concept, lifestyle, client, merchandise, and heritage; embracing Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities; driving sales through exceptional client experience; supporting the sales team; maintaining cash transaction accuracy;

opening and closing the store; exercising decision-making and multitasking while prioritizing service; resolving client issues or escalating when necessary; providing feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes; and upholding Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards.

Core responsibilities include safeguarding store assets, maintaining store standards, and delivering a superior client experience.
