As a Wellness Coach, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Educating customers about our range of CBD, Kratom, and Kava products.
• Providing personalized recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Building strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Staying informed about the latest trends and information in the wellness industry.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

We’re seeking someone who is passionate about wellness and thrives in a customer-focused role. To succeed in this position, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or wellness-related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine interest in holistic health and wellness.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about our products and their benefits.
