Role Description

The Retail Keyholder is a full-time, on-site role based in Alpharetta, GA, responsible for supporting store leadership and ensuring a consistent, elevated customer experience. In this role, the Keyholder opens and closes the store, follows and enforces company policies, and helps oversee daily operations on the sales floor. Key responsibilities include engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, driving sales, and maintaining visual merchandising and store standards.

The Keyholder assists with training and coaching team members, supports inventory management, and helps ensure accurate cash handling procedures. This position actively contributes to a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects Kendra Scott’s commitment to family, fashion, and philanthropy.

Qualifications
  • Strong Retail Sales and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building relationships and meeting sales goals.
  • Ability to create an excellent Customer Experience, including personalized styling support and a welcoming store environment.
  • Solid Product Knowledge skills, with an interest in fashion, jewelry, and current trends.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, both in person and through various customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality, preferably in a keyholder or supervisory capacity.
  • Reliability in handling keys, cash, and store security responsibilities.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
