We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team at our Alpharetta, GA office. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, developing relationships with prospects, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals. Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, making outbound calls, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.

You will also provide support in executing sales strategies and contribute to improving the overall client engagement process.

• Strong sales and communication skills, including cold calling, relationship building, and lead generation
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and pipeline management
• Analytical and research skills to identify key industry trends and potential leads
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Background or interest in the technology or SaaS industry is beneficial
• Proven track record in sales or business development is a plus
