Job Summary
Are you a driven, competitive professional who thrives on closing deals and creating lasting partnerships? We are seeking a results-oriented sales representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving subscription-based sales with law enforcement agencies such as sheriff's offices and police departments. This position involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
Salary$25k base salary + commission
$100k-110k OTE first year
- Close new software subscription sales and renewals with a "hunter" mindset.
- Research, engage, and nurture prospects, including following up on marketing-generated leads.
- Source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and personal connections.
- Manage and update CRM information for leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations in person and virtually.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
- A tenacious, self-motivated personality with a positive attitude.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Email).
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
