Job Summary

Are you a driven, competitive professional who thrives on closing deals and creating lasting partnerships? We are seeking a results-oriented sales representative to join our team. You will play a key role in driving subscription-based sales with law enforcement agencies such as sheriff's offices and police departments. This position involves prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Salary

$25k base salary + commission
$100k-110k OTE first year

Job Responsibilities
  • Close new software subscription sales and renewals with a "hunter" mindset.
  • Research, engage, and nurture prospects, including following up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Source new opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and personal connections.
  • Manage and update CRM information for leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in person and virtually.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience.
  • A tenacious, self-motivated personality with a positive attitude.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Systems You Will Use
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, Email).
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
