We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, Ga
. The Residential Sales Manager with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is responsible for leading and managing the residential sales team to achieve revenue targets, drive customer acquisition, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. This role oversees the sales process from lead generation through closing, develops sales strategies, and ensures compliance with company policies and market regulations.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of residential sales representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, property presentations, negotiations, and closings.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and generate regular sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and external partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and lead generation initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in residential sales, real estate sales, or property-related sales
- Prior experience in a sales leadership or management role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of local residential property market trends and regulations
