Employment Type: Full‑Time
Compensation: $55,000 + Commission (US candidates only) + Variable Comp./Equity. Benefits vary with experience.

SummaryThe role of Business Development Representative requires a motivated individual who can recognize and create opportunities/leads for potential new business. Business Development Representatives work closely with Field Sales Managers as the champion for prospecting, lead generation, lead qualification, and pipeline creation. Applicants will be active on social media and other channels, participating in industry‑specific groups. Experience with a CRM system and prospecting tools such as Linked In is desirable.
Ideal candidates are self‑starters, accountable, driven, ethical, hard‑working, personable, and persistent, and they thrive independently as well as with a team.
Position reports to the sales office in Alpharetta, GA.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve assigned appointment and revenue targets.
- Prospect and build organic pipelines within designated targets.
- Nurture relationships with targeted prospects via social media and email.
- Lead prospect follow‑up, arrange calls/meetings, and manage multiple business development engagements.
- Research prospects to identify targets for outbound activities.
- Provide support for local marketing events.
- Participate in the strategic development of territory and accounts.
Education and Experience
- College diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a technology‑related field or equivalent work experience.

- One to three years of successful business experience.
- Outgoing personality.
- Sales experience helpful, but not necessary.
