We’re looking for driven individuals interested in roofing sales—no prior roofing experience required. All you need is strong work ethic, common sense, and a desire to succeed. We’ll train you to become a high‑performing roofing sales professional.

• Communicate with homeowners and potential clients
• Prepare and present roofing estimates and proposals
• Clearly explain roofing services and value-added offerings
• Negotiate contracts
• Travel to meet clients
• Perform door-to-door lead generation
• Climb and inspect residential roofs
• Work on a 100% commission pay structure

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a vehicle (truck or similar) that can haul ladders and other equipment required to perform job duties
• Ability to lift 70 pounds
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up ladders up to 32’ in length
• Ability to climb roofs up to a 10/12 slope (with proper safety harnesses/equipment) and up to 3-story residential height
• Ability to access attics and other confined spaces
• Ability to work safely and with agility at construction job sites
• Must be able to pass a background check
