Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence for Game Ready. This role is a key member of the Avanos Sales team responsible for driving pipeline development, supporting Territory Managers, and enhancing sales execution across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Territory Support

  • Support all sales activities and customer engagement needs
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers on strategic sales plans
  • Provide coverage for customer communication and follow-up
  • Support product education and onboarding

Prospecting, Pipeline Development & Account Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business and expansion opportunities
  • Execute outbound campaigns aligned to territory priorities
  • Build and manage prospect lists
  • Conduct account analysis and stakeholder mapping
  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive pipeline growth

Customer Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Engage customers to understand needs and objectives
  • Capture and communicate market insights
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity (Salesforce)
  • Ensure compliance with company processes
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, sales support, or PT/AT industry experience
  • Ability to travel frequently, including overnights and weekends
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities
