Role OverviewYou will drive the global growth of our Grid Application business, turning opportunities into business by building strong customer relationships and positioning our solutions where they create the most value in the Data Center marketplace. This role combines market development, hands‑on sales execution, and strategic ownership in a fast‑growing and highly relevant segment of the Data Centers. You will be part of the Grid Applications team, working across regions and functions, focusing on solutions that improve grid stability, reliability, and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies for Static Frequency Conversion solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from early engagement to contract closing.
- Build and manage a healthy opportunity pipeline, ensuring transparency on volumes, risks, and forecast.
- Engage with Consultants, EPCs, and Data center customers to understand their needs and position our solutions.
- Drive complex offers and tenders, coordinating technical, commercial, and internal approval processes.
- Work closely with global and regional teams to align on strategy and win projects.
- Monitor market developments and competitors and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Deliver product presentations and represent Innomotics in customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships in the market.
- Pre‑qualify grid application portfolio at major customers.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a comparable field.
- 10+ years of industry experience in business development with focus on Grid applications / grid stabilization, Power transmission & distribution, and Data Centers.
- Proven ability to win and deliver complex projects.
- Strong commercial drive combined with solid technical understanding, ideally in power electronics or electrical motors.
- Confident communicator and customer‑focused mindset with ability to influence customers and stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment with high ownership.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
- Fluent in English (required).
Pay range: $93,436 – $240,262 plus potential adjustments based on budget, experience, and geographic location.
