We are looking for an Inside Sales Consultant to join our talented and passionate sales team in our premium counter top showroom in Alpharetta! • Network and build strong relationships with customers, contractors, designers, and builders
• Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct outbound cold calls as needed
• Manage projects from initial consultation through completed installation
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently throughout the sales process

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self‑motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience in the construction, counter top, or interior design industry preferred
• We provide on‑the‑job training

• Hourly base plus commission, with total compensation potential of $80,000–$120,000+ annually
