They build and maintain client relationships, support showroom operations, and handle administrative and client service tasks to drive sales and retention.

• Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge.
• Maintain professional conduct comply with company policies and support team members.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and perform relevant administrative tasks.
• Use company systems hardware and software independently in daily duties.
• Handle client repairs intake and delivery and transfer clients to team members as needed.

• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• High school diploma.
• Excellent client service selling and storytelling abilities.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask work in a fast paced environment and collaborate as a team.
• Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
