The ideal candidate will focus on actively identifying, engaging, and qualifying sales leads to support pipeline growth and drive new business opportunities.

DUTIES
  • Actively drive inbound, outbound and target lead management.
  • Get in contact with new leads using all available channels such as email, phone, social media, etc., represent Econolite and identify their needs and how Econolite software can create impact.
  • Initiate further sales process by scheduling follow-up meetings with account executives.
  • Define, elaborate and initiate campaigns in collaboration with sales and marketing to address new markets and leads.
  • Maintain personal contact to leads during the lead management process, build up personal relationship, listen attentively and be aware of the customer situation always focusing on identifying value to the customer with Econolite software.
  • Prepare and actively participate at fairs and conferences to identify new prospects and lead opportunities, coordinate and schedule meetings at these events with account executives, incorporate interesting contacts as leads in CRM system.
  • Manage and be responsible for the leads within the CRM, edit and maintain new contact data in CRM.
  • Monitor lead management process in CRM with adequate KPIs (e.g. number of generated SQLs, conversation rates) and in collaboration with Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of and experience selling software and technology solutions. 2+ years of prior experience helpful.
  • Previous ITS experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales development process.
  • Experience in working with a CRM‑System (e.g. MS Dynamics).
BUSINESS TRAVEL

Moderate business travel is required on an average of 25% when and as needed.

Preferred Locations

Florida, North Carolina, or other major metropolitan areas within the Southern United States.
