Position: TERRITORY SALES MANAGER

Robatech USA sells and services industrial gluing equipment, which is utilized on the production lines of some of the largest household names in the world. Our customer base is very diverse, allowing Robatech to enter into many different markets that require adhesive applications. Our corporate offices are located off Windward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia, with easy access to Georgia 400 and a multitude of restaurants and local services.

TERRITORY

SALES MANAGER Responsibilities of the Role

The Territory Sales Manager role combines several aspects of servicing existing customers as well as performing sales related activities to grow the region assigned to the role.

  • Travels to customers domestically
  • Excellent communication and rapport building with a “customer first” focus
  • Maintains territory database of customers and sales leads through Salesforce
  • Maintains and consistently updates opportunity project / pipeline list in Salesforce
  • Actively pursues leads within assigned territory
  • Observes equipment in operation, identifying/troubleshooting causes of issues
  • Dismantles equipment to gain access to and remove/replace defective parts
  • Adjusts functional parts of equipment and electronic controls
  • Repair or replaces defective parts
  • Set up equipment and demonstrate for customers
  • Communicates with internal Engineering / Service department regarding customer issues & support
  • Submits expense reports in a timely manner
  • Attends and presents at technical seminars & customer sites as needed
  • Attends trade shows as required
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Prior technical discipline and/or college related degree preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and safety rules.
  • Ability to write technical visit reports
  • ERP experience preferred
  • Understanding of electrical systems preferred

Job Type:

  • Travel required – approximately 50%
