Kraft Powercon Inc. is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role works closely with our General Manager to identify new business opportunities and turn them into long‑term, profitable partnerships.

What You’ll Do- Build and manage strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Lead sales activities, including presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive deals from lead to purchase order
- Maintain accurate activity tracking in CRM systems
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems or industrial power supplies
- Experience with consultative selling and value‑based proposals
- Ability to engage technical decision‑makers and manage complex sales cycles
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot)
- Strong communication and cold outreach skills
- ~30% travel (primarily North America, occasional international)
