As a Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our agency’s growth. Your primary focus will be connecting with new customers, understanding their needs, and presenting insurance solutions—including auto, home, and life insurance—to help them protect what matters most. This is a dynamic, people-oriented role where your ambition and sales talent will be rewarded with a competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses.

Compensation
  • Base salary: $40,000/year
  • Commission & bonuses:
    Uncapped, with first-year expected earnings of $65,000–$97,500
  • Top performers have earned much more

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively develop leads and build strong customer relationships within the community.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm insurance products.
  • Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and close sales with confidence.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including handling policy changes, claims, and billing questions.
