Position: Sales Rep - Insurance Sales (North Point Insurance Group)

Base Salary | Uncapped Commission | Renewal Income

North Point Insurance Group is looking for a competitive, coachable sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in a growing independent insurance agency.

You’ll start with a base salary while learning the business and building your pipeline. As your book grows, you’ll transition into a higher-earning commission‑focused role with uncapped income potential and renewal commissions.

You’ll have access to agency‑generated opportunities, trusted referral partnerships, hands‑on coaching, and access to over 30 insurance carriers to help clients find the right protection - not just the cheapest price.

  • $50,000 guaranteed first-year income PLUS uncapped commission. Most producers earn $55,000-$75,000 in their first year, with six‑figure earning potential as they build their book of business.

Property & Casualty License required prior to your start date (not required to apply).
