KR Elixir Inc. is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on setting up appointments with prospects within our target market.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate leads, qualify potential prospects, and set first appointments through cold calling, social selling, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize target markets and accounts.
- Research and identify potential prospects using social media platforms like Linked In.
- Utilize tools to find email and phone contact details of potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and prospect lists in the CRM.
- Provide reports and insights to management as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, telesales, or telemarketing.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or business (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based marketing tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the company's services and unique selling proposition.
- Understanding of sales development processes and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, lead generation tools, and sales automation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
