• Conduct in‑home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad‑based sales system
• Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners to understand their remodeling needs
• Design customized bath solutions using our software
• Present pricing and financing options
• Close sales and achieve performance goals
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation to completion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities
• Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced sales environment
• Outgoing personality with strong relationship‑building skills
• Previous in‑home sales experience preferred
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or bath remodeling is a strong plus
