About the Position
The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting clientele and supporting the operational and sales needs of the business. Responsibilities include understanding the Lilly Pulitzer brand, supporting client experience, driving sales through product knowledge and market trends, developing client relationships, maintaining visual and operational standards, providing feedback on sales opportunities, and embodying the Core Values.
Responsibilities- Assist clients and support operational and sales needs.
- Demonstrate Lilly Pulitzer’s selling culture and ensure exceptional client experience.
- Drive sales by utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
- Help maintain visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
- Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
- Exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
- Prior retail or client service experience in fashion or retail.
- Ability to stand and move around the store during shift hours.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.
- Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position at an in‑store location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
