This is a full-time, field-based outside sales role where top performers consistently earn six figures. Outside sales experience is a must, but no pest control experience required — we’ll train you!

• Engage with residential and commercial prospects in the field
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate additional opportunities through outreach and referrals
• Present pest control solutions using established company processes
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Create new customer accounts and schedule inspections or service visits
• Track activity, leads, and performance using CRM and sales tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
• Meet or exceed monthly booking and conversion goals
• Provide a professional, positive customer experience from first contact through close

• Prior outside sales experience required
• Comfortable with prospecting and self-sourcing leads when needed
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Willingness to learn industry-specific processes and products
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background screening

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (day shift)
• Occasional evenings or weekends as needed
• Field-based / on the road
