Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at ADVANCE, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Researching prospects:
  Identify potential clients by researching industries.
• Generating Leads:
  Create and maintain a list of potential leads.
• Establishing relationships:
  Convert initial contacts into warm leads by effectively communicating how Advance can address different industries challenges and pain points.
• Collaborating:
  Work closely with the Marketing, Research, and Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a seamless transition of leads to the sales team.

• Conduct detailed research to identify and prioritize potential clients.
• Build and update a comprehensive list of leads.
• Reach out to prospects through various channels, including email, phone, and Linked In.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to turn them into warm leads.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Research teams to align on lead generation strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales Account Executives to hand off qualified leads for further follow-up.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong Work Ethic
• 0-2 years relevant work experience
