Inside Sales Specialist

Main purpose of the role: As the first line of communication, support Account Executive and Management efficiently and effectively in an effort towards achieving branch and company goals by emphasizing our main features, support the AO on the preparation of quotes and contracts, request credit terms;
Support the AO on their preparation for customer meetings as needed.

Major areas of responsibility: Builds and maintains customers’ relationships through prompt service and troubleshooting assistance. Inputs new customer data, other sales data for current and new customers into CRM. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from CRM sales leads system, market statistics, trade shows, direct email responses, card deck leads, Internet Web sites, and other sources, Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail (to qualify leads for Sales Account Executives).

Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new customers
• Prospect new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
• Identify the correct decision makers within a given business
• Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years' experience
• Experience working with  or similar CRM
