Sales Development Representative; SDR), Cold Calling

This job is 60 to 80 outbound calls a day, five days a week. No inbound leads. You call facility managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distribution centers, corporate campuses, and attractions across Georgia and the Southeast, and you book qualified site walkthroughs for our business development team. We give you a verified prospect list, scripts and objection handling built from real calls, and direct coaching from senior BD leadership and the owner.

Base salary of $42,000 plus $40 per qualified walkthrough that shows, plus 1.5 percent of first-year contract value on deals closed from your pipeline. Realistic first-year earnings of $58,000 to $67,000 at target. W-2 employment with a company that promotes from within. If you need warm leads to feel productive or 60 calls a day sounds like a lot, this is not your job.
