Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 5 years of technical experience in Marine products, with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Fieldlink preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills, knowledge of the Caribbean and Central America markets, and ability to use measuring tools.
- International travel required; based in Alpharetta office.
Strong work ethic, continuous improvement mindset, and ability to build effective distributor relationships.
