We’re hiring Sales Representatives in Houston, and veterans and transitioning service members are strongly encouraged to apply.

No sales or roofing experience required. We provide the training.

• Base pay + uncapped commission
• $75,000–$150,000+ earning potential

Your effort matters here, and strong performance is rewarded accordingly.

You’ll work directly with Houston-area homeowners to generate and close roofing and window opportunities.

You’ll learn how to:

• Identify homes that may need roofing or window inspections
• Approach and communicate with homeowners
• Follow our proven sales process
• Build relationships and earn customer trust
• Handle objections and close opportunities
• Track your performance and continually improve

Because we can teach sales.

Military experience is valued, but not required.

You don’t need to know roofing.

You don’t need previous sales experience.
