Alpharetta, GA – Part‑time security officer driving patrol guard, working at a dynamic tech and telecom location. This role involves monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, supporting access control activities, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, if appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology and telecommunications location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report security‑related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations according to post instructions.
• Support site operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and incident documentation in a timely manner.

• At least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal driver policy.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
