Job Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Sun: 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM

- Prevent, report, and respond to security incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.

- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and unscheduled shifts.
- Proficient computer usage (Google Suite and Windows programs).
- Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- High‑level confidentiality and security awareness.
- Prior experience with physical security, access control, video surveillance, or intelligence monitoring applications.
- Fluent in Spanish or another language.
- Ability to train remote locations.
- Experience compiling high‑level situation reports.
- Experience in a 24‑hour operations center, security control room, or 911 dispatch center.
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Officer – Alpharetta, GAThis role works within a Global Security Operations Center in Alpharetta, GA, providing 24‑hour monitoring and response of technology and physical security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor various communication methods (email, chat, phone) and engage with internal and external customers.
- Analyze technical situations and escalates as required.
- Provide technical support for server platforms.
- Initiate incident reporting and collaborate with Incident Managers for timely resolution.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and server environments.
- Maintain situational awareness, gather information, and coordinate incidents with security leaders.
- Interact with customers, law enforcement, external parties, and employees at all levels.
- Support customers to simplify and enhance experience.
- Initiate incident management for incidents under Corporate Security authority.
- Assess situations quickly to make informed decisions during stressful contexts.
- Coordinate incidents via the case management system.
- Document information and actions taken.
- Support security personnel with research of internal and external systems.
- Prepare and disseminate security products as requested.
- Monitor access control systems and surveillance cameras for alarms and incidents.
- Identify external security threats via open source monitoring.
- Address emergency and non‑emergency incidents in the GSOC.
- Conduct special projects and assignments supporting GSOC and Security Operations.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Reports to a Supervisor and has 0 Direct Reports.
Travel RequirementsTypically none, though there may be infrequent opportunities.
Physical RequirementsMost of the time spent sitting in a comfortable position in a climate‑controlled environment.
