Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Scheduling

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and other guests while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Staff the front desk in a professional, welcoming manner; greet visitors, verify authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor records;
Monitor access to the commercial property, follow established entry and package-handling procedures, and report access concerns or unusual activity to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed;
Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and assist with answering inquiries, directing guests, and supporting a professional building environment
