As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Flexible schedule:
Shift Times & Days varies based on availability. 24-40 HRS per week.

Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 / hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner; provide high-level customer service at all times
• Monitor and control building access points to ensure only authorized individuals enter the premises
• Verify identification, credentials, and visitor logs in accordance with security protocols
• Maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols of interior areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restricted spaces
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow established procedures for evacuation, medical situations, or disturbances
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations to management and/or law enforcement
• Provide concierge-style support, including answering inquiries, giving directions, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
