We are looking for a dedicated and reliable professional to join our team as a Water Cooler Installation & Service Technician and Equipment Delivery Specialist
. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for both maintaining our water dispensing systems and ensuring the safe delivery of our printing equipment to customers.

We are a multi-divisional, community-centric organization located in Smyrna and Alpharetta , GA. Since 1979 we have serviced our architectural, engineering and manufacturing clients’ drafting needs. We offer wide format printing and printers, Planroom management. We are Xerox Diamond Authorized Dealer for production and multifunction devices and managed print services.

Job Duties will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and store personnel through clear communication and dependable service.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive and professional experience.
• Perform routine maintenance, including filter changes, UV lamp installations, battery replacements, and equipment upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using tools such as pressure gauges, flow meters, multi-meters, and water sampling kits.
• Conduct repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing valves and fittings, tightening connections, and handling electrical components.
• Safely transport and deliver printing equipment to customer locations.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor with a commitment to reliability and responsibility.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Physically capable of bending, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
