Oversee daily cleaning operations across residential and commercial jobs.;
Serve as the on-site lead for carpet cleaning, tile & grout, hardwood, upholstery, air duct, and dryer vent services.;
Ensure jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to IICRC standards.;
Train and mentor new cleaning technicians on proper procedures, safety, and customer care.;
Interact with customers professionally, answer questions, and recommend additional services when appropriate.
