Pro Lift Garage Doors is a nationwide garage door servicing, repair and installation company. We are establishing a new territory in Cumming, GA and looking to grow.

Garage Door Technician

• Repair various types of garage doors and openers.
• Choose best solutions for each application in terms of safety, functionality, and performance.
• Diagnose garage door issues, build and present repair/replace quotes to customers.
• Perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment.
• Install garage doors as needed.
• Manage truck and inventory, schedule, and client communications.

• Previous experience servicing/installing garage doors; knowledge of residential garage door service principles, techniques, and supplies.
• Mechanical aptitude and skilled use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public.
• Clear communication skills; comfortable with face‑to‑face client interactions.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Self‑starter, able to operate without direct supervision.
• Logical thinking, independent troubleshooting, problem‑solving skills.
• Organized and methodical work ethic.
• Basic math and legible handwriting.
• Punctual with excellent attendance record.

• Residential garage door installation/repairs – Minimum 1 year (Required).
• Commercial garage door installation/repairs – Preferred.

• Full‑time position.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, must be insurable.
• Flexible schedule.
• Availability to work 1 Saturday a month (on‑call bonuses).
• Clean criminal background.

• Pay based on performance and volume; compensation uncapped.

• High school diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying 50 lbs., walking, pushing, stooping, climbing, bending, crouching, crawling, reaching above and below shoulder level. Full use of hands, good finger dexterity, lifting from floor to waist and twisting of torso. Work in cramped garages, on ladders, with power tools and manual labor in exterior environments, exposed to heat, sun, high humidity, rain, and other adverse weather conditions.
