Xylem is looking for a Water Treatment Field Service Technician to serve water treatment equipment at customer sites in the Alpharetta, GA area.
Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesInstallation, service, and maintenance of water purification equipment using a company vehicle. Equipment-specific training will be provided. Previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is encouraged.
Work ScheduleGeneral day shift with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
50% or more daily travel.

- HS diploma or equivalent
- At minimum 2 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
- Basic controls ability (PLC)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
- Ability to work in a high customer facing position
- Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
The estimated salary range is $26,000 to $32,000 per year. Starting pay depends on experience and location.
