Serviform America is looking for a hands‑on CO₂ Laser Technician to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working on advanced equipment, solving technical challenges, and being in the field with customers—this role is for you.
Experience with CO₂ laser systems is highly preferred.
What You’ll Do- Install, service, and maintain CO₂ laser systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and laser-related issues
- Support customers both on‑site and remotely
- Train operators on machine use and best practices
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure smooth installations and service
- 3+ years in field service or industrial equipment
- Hands‑on problem solver with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Clear communicator with a customer‑focused mindset
- Willingness to travel (approx. 3 weeks/month)
- Work with advanced laser technology
- Be part of a tight‑knit, high‑performing team
- Make a direct impact with customers across North America
