Responsibilities
- Provide a full range of wildlife and pest control services for customers.
- Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct inspections, trapping, baiting, and light carpentry work.
- Work at roof tops, crawl space vapor barrier installation, insulation removal and installation.
- Remove crawl space debris and perform crawl space and attic disinfections.
- Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend remediation solutions.
- Build internal and external relationships.
- Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of related construction experience.
- Ability to set live traps.
- Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
- Good understanding of different construction types.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Organized, punctual, and capable of leading others.
- Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
- Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates for federal, state, and local regulations.
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
