Wildlife Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of wildlife and pest control services for customers.
• Perform exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct inspections, trapping, baiting, and light carpentry work.
• Work at roof tops, crawl space vapor barrier installation, insulation removal and installation.
• Remove crawl space debris and perform crawl space and attic disinfections.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend remediation solutions.
• Build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain service vehicle and equipment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of related construction experience.
• Ability to set live traps.
• Previous ladder and/or harness work experience.
• Good understanding of different construction types.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Organized, punctual, and capable of leading others.
• Must be able to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer.
• Available to work Monday–Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates for federal, state, and local regulations.
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
