Top Tech Mechanical Services is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want to earn six‑figure income while working a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

- Diagnose and repair residential/commercial HVAC systems
- Perform system inspections and tune‑ups
- Identify repair and replacement opportunities when appropriate
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners and property managers
- Deliver high‑quality service and professional customer experiences
- 3+ years residential HVAC service experience preferred
- 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
- Clean background check required
