Maintenance Service Technician - Belmont at Park Bridge

• Prep vacant apartments to market‑ready condition
• Handle work orders with skill, urgency, and a smile
• Perform general maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC support, and appliance repair
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and inviting
• Support preventative maintenance and inspections
• Pitch in with snow removal, pool upkeep, and seasonal tasks
• Stay alert and on‑call for emergency maintenance needs
• Work safely, efficiently, and with pride—because your work matters

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, etc.)
• Proficiency in at least one major trade area
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all conditions
• Excellent communication and professionalism with residents and team members
• Available to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on‑call shifts
