Our technicians are responsible for servicing all system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. They will troubleshoot and repair customer systems, perform scheduled maintenance, handle warranty work, and suggest and implement system improvements, modifications, and upgrades for current customers. Technicians must communicate with customers in English. The position includes working in various weather conditions and requires availability outside normal working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years HVAC service technician experience (preferred)
- Degree in heating and air conditioning technology (a plus)
- NATE certifications (a plus)
- Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including some weekends, holidays, and on‑call
- Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential equipment
- Self‑starter with ability to work with little supervision
- Clean and neat appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean driving record
- Must submit to a drug screening and criminal background check
