Qualifications:
- Valid Georgia drivers license Required
Qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent Required
- Plumbing technical training Preferred
Qualifications:
- 2 years plumbing experience in commercial construction, building maintenance, or similar demonstrated acceptable experience Required
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate with others in an effective and tactful manner
- Ability to follow plumbing technical instructions, drawings and diagrams
- Knowledge of all plumbing codes, procedures, materials, tools, hazards, and safety procedures
Responsible for performing skilled installation, preventative maintenance, and repairs of plumbing systems and equipment for the Building Maintenance Department.
