General Maintenance Technician I

Job Description

Tmaxx Construction is looking to hire a full-time General
Maintenance Technician to provide a next level service to our clients through proper execution of general maintenance work including carpentry work including gutters, siding, doors, windows, trim, sheetrock, framing, decks, painting, and more . This is an hourly earning position that is based on experience.

• Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills.

Completing Maintenance & Repairs – You’ll be completing small to larde maintenance and repairs for residential work orders.

As an experienced General Maintenance Technician , you must have strong proficiency in at least three (3) of the following:

• Carpentry work
• Floor installation and refurbishing
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Drywall work, minor and major repairs
• Minor general plumbing and electrical skills, where permitted by law
• Floor installation and refurbishing
• Orders parts, supplies, or equipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties.
