Invitation Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance across multiple trades in our single-family rental homes. You will deliver outstanding customer service to residents and conduct proactive maintenance visits using our mobile app.
Candidates should have a High School diploma, 2–5+ years in residential repairs, OSHA 10, and relevant certifications (EPA/HVAC/CPO) as a plus. Regular driving, safety adherence, and ability to lift 50+ lbs are required.
