Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte NJ $120K-$125K/year & benefits (see below).

Salesforce Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions.
• Perform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Salesforce features and integrations.
• Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
• Provide technical support during system testing and deployment phases.
• Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (REST, SOAP, Mule Soft, etc.).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Architect certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
