Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte NJ $120K-$125K/year & benefits (see below).

Salesforce Developer
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and reusable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Salesforce features and integrations.
- Write efficient, testable, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
- Provide technical support during system testing and deployment phases.
- Document technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (REST, SOAP, Mule Soft, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Model and Security Model.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Architect certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
