The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Alpharetta, GA $115k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms that drive innovative solutions and business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, statistics, and data analysis, with experience in deploying scalable AI/ML systems.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Optimize model performance and ensure scalability in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Experiment with different algorithms and techniques to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models and troubleshoot issues.
• Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in AI/ML.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Good understanding of statistical methods and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with deep learning and neural networks.
• Knowledge of NLP, CV, or reinforcement learning.
• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
